Reservation Agreement
By making a reservation at Rio Bonito RV Park, you agree to our terms and conditions, which include our cancellation and refund policies. We view a reservation as a “two-way” agreement. We agree to hold the space you have reserved, turning away all future requests, in return for your payment. No refunds for shortened stays, you pay for what you book. Any party exceeding the number of people on the reservation is reason for eviction without reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
If staying for a week or less, we require a 7-day cancellation notice. With long-term RV reservations lasting a week or longer, we require a 30 day notice. Cancellation charges are subject to reservation. **You may switch your reservation date one time, free of charge. Reservation date switch is based upon site availability at the time of request.** For all cancellation requests, please email us at info@bonitorv.com or call the front desk at 512-922-1383.
Deposit Policy
RV spots require a non-refundable deposit made at the time of the reservation: Daily/Weekly – First Night’s Rate $75.00; Monthly – $150.00. For cabin bookings, a $100.00 non-refundable cleaning fee paid at the time of reservation will be used as your security deposit.
No-Show Policy
Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notification will be charged the full amount of their reservation. We encourage communication to avoid any misunderstandings.
