Solid Steel construction, mounted in heavy concrete pillars, on a track design reinforces the stability and security of our gates. Each keypad is cleared and re-coded monthly to ensure your family is safe and secure during your RV stay.

24-HOUR HD VIDEO PARK SURVEILLANCE

Our high-definition cameras record our RV parks 24-hours a day 7-days a week and never take a vacation. The optics are so clear and crisp we can read the license plate of a moving vehicle entering or exiting anywhere on our properties.

CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS

All long-term RV guests with reservations over (30) days must undergo a criminal background check to remain on any of our properties. This extends to all employees of the RV resort before their first day of employment. Although we cannot guarantee 100% safety, we think you should know who lives in your neighborhood.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have to say I just love the new granite paving done at Rio 1.  For the last several weeks, I have seen the Fabulous 4; Roy and his brother John and husband and wife team Mike and Karen work tirelessly to pave our park.  There have scooped and racked out more than 40 truck loads of granite.  They have worked in 100% humidity, in cold temps, early morning, late evening, without complaining. I’m so empresses by these 4.  I hardly recognize Mike now unless he’s on the tractor.  All that work and still doing all their other work camper duties.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. First of all I found Rio Bonito on the internet. After seen some in person and others on websites, I chose this one. My husband and I are very happy here. We were given the best site for our needs. Also, our RV was delivered to our site before we arrived. We did not notice right away that we were not level. Went to several different stores looking for stabilizing jacks, but could not find the size we needed. Chris the property manager drove by our site and noticed we were not level. Chris offered to help us and within a couple of days he helped us get our trailer moved so we could put leveling blocks where needed. There was no need to buy the jacks.
Also, I asked for a picnic table and was provided one. This park is very well clean, even the laundry room and trash area. We are in Rio Bonito 1 which has gravel roads. The roads have no dips in them. It is quiet and beautiful here. We are thankful for Chris and MaryAnn, the property managers and the staff here, they are an amazing team.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I love Rio Bonito RV Park.  But what I love the most is the office staff.  Chris Salazar is a genuinely good person.  He really takes care of the campers that work here.   He is always asking if we need anything and if we do he’ll get it for us.   I’ve seen him interact with our guests and he is fair and kind.  I’ve been here for two years and he is the best we’ve had.  Plus he has his partner Mary Ann.  She is a wonderful person.  She is very kind and caring to the Staff and the guests.  Those 2 make a great team and we are blessed to have them

So VERY impressed with this location. Had the pleasure of dealing with Cat & Joanna who were both extremely helpful. Immaculate sites/grounds, adorable pool area, office and laundry facilities so nice and well kept, and very pet friendly. This one rose to top of our list for Austin area RV parks.

We stayed at the Rio Bonito in our travel trailer for 2 months while our home was being completed. The staff are friendly, the park is peaceful, there are tons of amenities like a salt water pool, CLEAN showers, and can’t forget about the laundry room! There is a river that runs through the old park, you can walk the trail or drive. We enjoyed our stay!
